DAK Bust 1941
This was originally a Wehrmacht infantryman bust that I painted to represent a soldier of the DAK in 1941. The 1/9 scale kit is by SK Miniatures sculpted by Carl Reid. Painted in oils over acrylics. Main uniform color is Gold/Ochre mixed with Burnt/Umber. Helmet was painted Grey then painted Yellow in acrylics. Distressed with something from my workbench to give it a worn look.
