Started applying the oil's to the upper part of the figure. Winsor/Newton Lamp Black was used as a base mixed with a touch of Titanium White. Limited highlighting was done so not to take away from the Black uniform worn by the SS at this time. The glare will go away once the oil's are dry and Dullcote applied. The armband is partly done with only the Red oil's needed to complete it once the Black of the uniform is completely dry. Otherwise there could be an unwanted mix of colors.
