Reinhard Heydrich Primed

Here's the figure in it's primed state. I use Krylon aerosol primer. I've used Floquil model railroad primer but have found that Krylon works faster and really conforms to all the detail when dry. The grey primer also shows where more cleanup is needed. In this case there are areas below his belt that need attention. Other than that he's ready to underpaint.

Reinhard Heydrich

Everything attached and ready to prime with the exception of the head and cap. Those are not attached at this point. They will be painted separate from the body.

Reinhard Heydrich

Started working on the Reinhard Heydrich figure by Andrea. It's a 90mm white metal casting. Cleanup is minimal with a good fit and crisp details. I decided to do an "in progress" this time instead of just the finished piece. The photo shows the legs and torso assembled. The legs are cast separate left and right. The torso fits nicely lining up well with bottom portion.

Ottoman Soldier

Ottoman Soldier by Pegaso. This is a 75 MM white metal kit. Painted in oils over acrylics. Good quality kit with minimal cleanup and good fit.
